We help develop the skills needed for everyday life—through meaningful activities that build confidence and capability.

What We Support

Areas of Occupational Therapy

OT addresses a wide range of skills that impact daily life. Here are the areas where we most commonly provide support.

Examples:

  • Appears clumsy or uncoordinated

  • Low endurance or muscle tone

Emotional Regulation

Developing strategies to understand and manage emotions, tailored for each unique nervous system.

Activities of Daily Living

Fostering independence in everyday tasks—dressing, eating, hygiene, and personal care.

Examples:

  • Difficulty with mealtimes

Attention & Focus

Every session is tailored to specific goals and interests. We follow the lead while purposefully embedding therapeutic activities.

Family partnership

Families are always welcome to observe and participate. We'll share what we're doing and why, so you can support growth at home.

A Peek Inside a Session

Swinging and Jumping

Movement activities that look like fun but provide crucial vestibular and proprioceptive input.

Sensory exploration

Messy play, textured materials, and sensory bins that help the process to integrate sensory information.

Purposeful activities

Tasks that embed motor and regulatory skill-building into engaging, self-directed play or projects.

Real-life skill practice

Working on dressing, handwriting, or self-care in natural, low-pressure ways.
